Raila Ondinga wrote this in his facebook account "Fellow Kenyans, I have had a telephone conversation with President Kenyatta and we have agreed to meet often to work out a way forward for the country following yesterday's terror attack. This is time for all of us to work as a team for the sake of Kenyans.
Our security forces have assured me that they are in charge of the situation. Let us remain calm and pray for God's guidance as they seek to bring the matter to a decisive conclusion.
I call upon the international community to desist from issuing travel advisories. Terrorism is a global threat that must be met with a united front".
